November 30, 2009 Congratulations to Loki daughter Sassy (Ubor's Sassy Sapphire) who went Winners Bitch in Fitchburg this weekend! Bard was entered too, for the first time, and he won his puppy class. Much better than I expected given the lack of training he's had :) He did very well!

August 23, 2009 We've heard from Ullur's new mom that they ran into Barbara Bush and her secret service agent on the beach in Kennebunkport where they live a few days ago. Barbara was so taken with Ullur that she took photos of him, and the secret service agent had fun playing with him!
We also got some new photos of Cirrus (orange boy) who is looking spectacular!
I tried to get some new photos of Bard after giving him a bath, but he had a run in with some mud first....
July 22, 2009 We have finally decided on a name for red boy. We're calling him Bard, and his registered name will be Evenstar's Bardic Tale. I have always been fascinated by the concept of the traveling storyteller, minstrel, singer, lorekeeper... Bards were also very important in Norse history. They were called Skalds and were the keepers of all the oral histories. This ties his name in with Loki's a little bit, since Loki is named after a Norse god.
Bard has a new web page which I am currently still updating, but it should be done (or mostly done) soon.
July 14, 2009 I am proud to introduce our newest addition, the red boy from our recent litter. He doesn't have a name just yet, but we're working on it! It is so very exciting to have a puppy from our first breeding. I can't wait to get into the show ring with him!
